MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia’s Tsentr (Center) battle group has eliminated over 435 Ukrainian military personnel over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday.”The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to over 435 service people, six armored fighting vehicles, seven motor vehicles, and three artillery pieces,” the ministry said in a statement.Russia’s Vostok (East) group of forces has eliminated up to 280 Ukrainian soldiers, the ministry also said, adding that Ukraine has lost over 230 soldiers in battles with Russia’s Zapad (West) battle group.At the same time, Russia’s Sever (North) group of forces has eliminated over 205 Ukrainian soldiers in past day, the statement said.The Russian armed forces have also damaged military facilities used by the Ukrainian military, the ministry added.
